Not every flat tyre requires costly replacement. If your puncture is located within the central 70% tread area and has not damaged the internal steel belts or sidewall, our certified fitters can carry out a permanent British Standard BS AU 159 puncture repair on site.
Comprehensive Safety Inspection
We remove the tyre from the rim to thoroughly inspect the inner liner for secondary heat or run-flat damage. If safe, we clean the injury, ream the hole, insert a vulcanized mushroom combination plug-patch, and reseal the inner carcass.

Can a sidewall puncture be repaired?
Under UK safety standard BS AU 159, punctures in the shoulder or sidewall of a tyre cannot be legally repaired because the sidewall experiences high structural flexion. We will fit a replacement tyre instead.
